About Me
Hi, I’m Marlene!
I am a licensed psychotherapist, certified clinical trauma professional,
holistic wellness practitioner, and inner emotional intimacy specialist.
My focus is on helping women from all walks of life tap into their ability
to heal and reclaim the lives they deserve.

As a therapist and wellness practitioner, I specialize in trauma’s effects on the mind/body, holistic health, nervous system recalibration, and restorative self-connection. For the past 20 years, I have worked in community mental health, crisis management, and clinical school based services.
My wellness journey began with an exploration into the link between lifestyle choices and its impact on mood imbalance and health conditions. As a result, I studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and become a certified holistic wellness practitioner. I founded the wellness company Nourish Love Thrive in 2015 to teach women how to transform their nutritional blueprint and master optimizing their health.
As I worked with my health coaching clients, I observed how many of them saw the world through a trauma lens and limited conditioned thinking patterns. After getting certified as a clinical trauma professional, I decided to integrate my expertise as a psychotherapist and holistic wellness practitioner. In January 2020, I started my own private practice to create tailored treatment that promotes healing and personal transformation in all aspects of my clients’ lives.
You don’t have to face your pain alone. I’m here to help.
